When you say decrees you call upon the presence of your being who is always connected to God or "all that is". Your God presence Or I AM presence is the "highest" level of creation that is available to you. When you call upon your I AM presence you can create anything you want. God will give you everything you want. Allow yourself to accept it now.

We start with Om Mane Padme Hum 3 times. Literally translated this means
"God, I AM, the jewel of the lotus".
It refers to the God that is within each of us and your personal quest for light and enlightenment.

OM MANE PADME HUM, OM MANE PADME HUM, OM MANE PADME HUM.

The law of vibration states a higher vibration consumes & transforms a lower vibration.

God, I AM, AMEN

God, place my ego will under the direction and protection of my I AM Presence.

God shatter and consume my past transgressions, their cause and effect, all record
and memory now and forever, AMEN.

God, remove all scarcity from my feeling world now & forever, AMEN

God, see that my business prospers and grows in all economic conditions, AMEN

God, clear all health issues that affect me adversely, AMEN

God,I AM, a sun in the palace of inexhaustible light.

God, let the rain of blessings fall.

Beloved presence of God, I ask that this claim be bathed in the white fire, the violet flame, the blue lightning
  and the golden light. God, I call on the Law of Forgiveness for myself and all
